At Best Life Venture Ltd (trading as BestlifeNZ) , we are committed to providing high-quality supplements to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This returns policy outlines your rights and obligations in compliance with New Zealand law, particularly the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
1. Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the CGA, all products sold by BestlifeNZ come with guarantees that they are:
- Of acceptable quality.
- Fit for the purpose made known by the customer or as generally expected of such products.
- Match the description provided on our website.
If the product you receive does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a change of mind can occur. If you decide you no longer want the product, we offer a return for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault with the product.
Please note that change of mind returns are at the discretion of BestlifeNZ, and we are not legally obligated to provide a refund or exchange under these circumstances.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In such cases, you must notify us within 10 working days of receipt of the product by contacting our customer service team at contactus@bestlifenz.com.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include:
- Replacement of the product.
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Store credit for the value of the product.
We will cover the costs of return shipping if the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
Our return policy does not cover:
- Products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
- Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date, except as required under the CGA.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@bestlifenz.com. Please include the following information:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Whether you would prefer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 52 Accolade Street, Feilding, Manawatu 4702, New Zealand.
6. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. You will receive an email notification of the outcome. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.

This returns policy complies with the following New Zealand legislation:
